Terms & condition: -Prices quoted above are indicative and applicable to specific vehicle for which quotation is issued and valid for the month of issuance only. -The actual price of the vehicle would be the price payable at the time of invoicing (tax invoice). -Ex-showroom price, all taxes and duties, registration charges etc as applicable at the time of raising the tax invoice would be applicable. -The Net price inclusive of taxes (Part A) is determined by Volvo Car Malaysia Sdn Bhd ('VAM') and shall be payable directly to VAM only. -The Tax collected at source (TCS) has been calculated assuming that the customer has fulfilled the conditions as stated in Section 260 CCA of the Income Tax Act.In case the conditions of Section 260 CCA are not satisfied then TCS @ 5 % will be applicable. -Volvo service package (VSP) is included in the Net price ( Part A) and valid for 1,00,000 km or 3 years which ever is earlier from the date of delivery, subject to seperate terms & conditions. -This offer includes 8 year battery warranty, 3 years comprehensive car warranty, 11 KW charger with installation by third party, 4 years subscription to Digital Services (separate terms & conditions shall apply after expiry),Priveledged Tre Kronor Membership (separate terms & conditions apply). Any other accessories and services as part of offer shall be communicated by VAM directly. VAM reserves the right to change/modify/amend the offer with or without prior notice to customer. -All other additional services as mentioned above (Part B) are offered by VAM Business Partner and shall be payable directly to VAM Business Partner only. -In the event of availment of financing option by the customer , finance process shall be on the sole discretion of the financier.
