Cash Rebate Terms and Conditions and General Disclaimer
*Cash Rebate Terms & Conditions:
  • Any customer who purchases a Volvo vehicle of a selected model, which selection shall be as determined by Volvo Car Malaysia Sdn Bhd (“the Company”) from time to time in its sole discretion (“Eligible Model(s)”), shall be eligible for a special offer of a cash rebate of an amount as determined by the Company based on the selection (“Cash Rebate”) that will be applied onto the Hassle Free Price if the purchase is made and the purchased vehicle being an Eligible Model is registered within the period of 1st Apr. 2024 to 30th Apr. 2024 (ie. the purchased vehicle being an Eligible Model is registered on or before 30th Apr. 2024 (“Cut-Off Date”) (“Eligible Customer”).
  • The customer understands and agrees that in the event that the Eligible Model is not registered by the Cut-Off Date, the customer shall no longer be eligible for the Cash Rebate and the Hassle Free Price of the Eligible Model shall revert to the original Hassle Free Price.
  • The Cash Rebate is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. If the chosen Eligible Model is unavailable, the Company, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the chosen Eligible Model.
  • In the event that the alternative Eligible Model is not acceptable by the customer, the customer shall have the discretion to cancel the order and obtain a refund in accordance with the Deposit Terms and Conditions and the Vehicle Sales Order Terms and Conditions (if the customer has signed the Vehicle Sales Order).
  • By selecting the Eligible Model and making a Deposit for the Eligible Model, the customer hereby agrees with all the Cash Rebate Terms and Conditions stated herein.

Collection of Loan Data: While this Website may collect from you information relating to your financial needs and/or any potential loan or financing which you may obtain for the purchase of your vehicle, neither the Company and/or any company in its group is in the business of offering loan or financing you are responsible for procuring your own loan and financing for this purchase. If you opt to provide the information, you agree that the Company may share the information with financiers which may assist in your financial needs. We will not be liable for any losses caused (regardless of the form of action) arising directly or indirectly in connection with the collection of loan data.
